The ABM SPARQ is a 5-axis CNC erosion machine designed for the precision production and servicing of PCD cutting tools up to 400 mm (15.75") in diameter with a maximum erosion length of 150 mm (5.91"). Designed for circular saws, hoggers, helical cutters, router bits, profile knives, and moulders, the SPARQ provides accurate and repeatable erosion across complex tool geometries. Its integrated measuring system allows the erosion process to be completed in a single setup, while ABM’s digital erosion generator, absolute servo control, and rigid composite monoblock body provide excellent precision and surface quality. Flexible programming and dedicated interfaces for tool production and servicing make the SPARQ a versatile solution for demanding PCD tooling applications.
