The ABM SPARQ-DUO is an 8-axis CNC dual-side erosion machine designed for the precision production and servicing of PCD-tipped circular saw blades from 150–800 mm (6–32") in diameter. Its dual-side design allows the erosion process to be completed in a single setup, providing accurate and repeatable results while improving production efficiency. The SPARQ-DUO features intelligent tooth indexing for group and variable-pitch blades, along with dedicated programs for saw blade production and newly replaced teeth. ABM’s erosion generator and rigid monoblock machine body support precise erosion and excellent surface quality, while flexible programming accommodates a wide range of PCD circular saw blade geometries for the wood and metalworking industries.
