The ABM SUK-92 is designed for precise stellite tipping of band saw blades, combining manual welding with automatic annealing on a single machine. Welding and annealing temperatures are adjustable from the control panel, while an integrated motor-driven cutting system cuts the welded stellite rod. The process produces durable tooth tips for longer blade life, improved cutting performance, and better surface quality. The SUK-92 accommodates band saw blades from 60–250 mm (2.36"–9.84") wide, with an optional extension for blades up to 300 mm (11.8"). It supports Ø4 mm, Ø5 mm, and Ø6 mm stellite rod and has a production capacity of approximately 6–8 band saws per day. Optional attachments are also available for frame saw and circular saw tipping.
