The ABM TURBO 4X is a 4-axis CNC tool grinder designed for the precision regrinding of cutters, hobs, end mills, router bits, finger jointing knives, planing heads, and profiled moulders. Its CNC-controlled design provides accurate, repeatable grinding for a wide range of cutting tool applications. The TURBO 4X features a PC-based Windows control system with a 17" LCD screen, CNC linear bearing system, 360° rotatable dividing head, and up to 260 mm (10.24") grinding length. A hand wheel allows accurate positioning of selected axes, while central lubrication and an oil coolant system support reliable day-to-day operation. A variety of optional accessories, including probing, filtration, mist extraction, and tooling systems, are available to further expand the machine's capabilities and productivity.
