The Elite AVB 850 is a fully automatic CNC grinding machine designed to sharpen both the top and face of carbide-tipped circular saw blades in a single setup. Engineered for speed, precision, and ease of use, the AVB 850 handles blade diameters from 100 mm to 850 mm (3.9"–33.5") and supports a wide range of tooth geometries, including flat, trapezoidal, and alternating bevel teeth. Equipped with five CNC axes and a dual grinding wheel system, the machine completes full sharpening cycles without manual adjustments between operations. An intuitive 10" touchscreen control panel simplifies programming and allows on-the-fly program edits. With integrated cooling, variable-speed grinding, and an enclosed low-maintenance design, the Elite AVB 850 delivers fast, high-quality sharpening for demanding production environments.
