The Elite AVB 850 is a fully automatic CNC grinding machine designed to sharpen both the top and face of carbide-tipped circular saw blades in a single setup. Engineered for speed, precision, and ease of use, the AVB 850 handles blade diameters from 100 mm to 850 mm and can sharpen a wide variety of tooth geometries—including flat, trapezoidal, and alternating bevel teeth. Equipped with five CNC axes and a dual grinding wheel system, this compact powerhouse offers complete sharpening cycles without the need for manual adjustments between operations. The intuitive 10" touchscreen control panel simplifies programming while allowing users to edit sharpening programs on the fly.
