The Elite BR 800 is a high-performance circular saw blade cleaning and polishing system designed to remove pitch, burnt flux, and brazing residue. Using motor-driven metal bristle brushes, it thoroughly cleans both the blade body and teeth, including dedicated brushes for the back of the teeth to ensure complete coverage. The system supports both dry and wet cleaning modes, allowing operators to adapt the process based on material type and contamination level. Designed for flexibility, the BR 800 accommodates TCT saw blades, HSS saws, and circular knives across a wide diameter range. A programmable cleaning cycle with automatic stop and a quick-loading system using interchangeable adapter rings ensure efficient, repeatable operation.
