The Elite CU PRO 1000 to 6000 series offers precision straight knife grinding for blades ranging from up to 40" (1030mm) through an impressive 242" (6150mm) in length. Built for durability and high performance, these machines feature an 18 HP grinding motor, selectable wheel rotation, and a robust magnetic chuck adjustable from 0° to 90°. Designed with ease of use in mind, the Elite CU PRO series is equipped with a 10” color touchscreen for intuitive CNC programming, automatic wheel down-feed with micron-level precision, and a vibration-free carriage movement system. An external coolant system, automatic lubrication, and ball bearing linear guides ensure long-term reliability, high-quality finishes, and minimal maintenance. Perfect for both production blade manufacturing and sharpening, the CU PRO series is engineered to deliver consistent, high-precision results every time.
