The Elite MVB 850 is an automatic seat pocket and top & face grinding machine designed for precision grinding of circular saw blades. Built with a full enclosure for optimal safety and cleanliness, the MVB 850 features 4-axis CNC control (X, C, Z, B) to automate grinding load, feed finger positioning, grinding stroke, and tooth angle adjustment. With an extended grinding range for saw blades up to 850 mm (33.5") in diameter and an integrated coolant system utilizing FILTRAmaq UNO filtration down to 2 microns, the MVB 850 delivers exceptional accuracy and consistency. It's ideal for operations looking to streamline their saw blade servicing with minimal manual intervention and maximum reliability.
