The Gerling GLA is a precision-engineered laser marking machine designed specifically for circular saw blades. Featuring a fully enclosed laser cabin and advanced handling systems, the GLA offers automated, contact-free laser marking for blades ranging from 100 to 800 mm in diameter. Saw blades are retrieved from a high-capacity magazine cart using a magnetic gripper and vacuum suction system, positioned accurately on a movable marking table, and aligned via an integrated laser sensor. Every point on the blade surface can be marked with exacting precision, ensuring permanent, high-quality identification. The system operates through an industrial PC with an intuitive touchscreen interface using a familiar Windows environment.
