The Gerling GLO is a fully automatic brazing machine engineered for precision carbide tip application on router bits. Designed for high-productivity manufacturing environments, the GLO combines industrial robotics, precision camera systems, and intelligent CAD-driven programming to accommodate a wide range of bore and shank tool geometries. The system can braze one to four carbide tips per router bit, including up to two different carbide shapes on a single tool. With cycle times of approximately 25 seconds per part with two carbide tips, the GLO provides fast, consistent production with minimal operator intervention.
