The Gerling GPH is a semi-automatic polishing machine designed for the efficient surface finishing of circular saw blades. Built for ease of use, the GPH allows operators to manually place the saw blade on the table and initiate a fully automated polishing cycle. With variable polishing pressure, RPM-regulated drives, and an intuitive control panel for parameter input, the GPH ensures consistent, high-quality finishes across a wide range of blade surfaces. After completion of the cycle, the blade can be easily flipped for processing the opposite side, making it ideal for operations seeking both flexibility and precision.
