Gerling GPS2M - Semi-Auto Surface Grinding
Semi-automatic surface grinding machine for TCT saw blades with 100-1,200mm diameter (1,850mm optionally)
Description / Informational PDF
The Gerling GPS2M is a semi-automatic surface grinding machine designed for the precision grinding of circular saw blade base bodies. Built with a vibration-isolating polymer concrete frame, the GPS2M ensures maximum stability and minimal vibration during the grinding process. Operators position the base body manually, after which the GPS2M’s motor-driven grinding disk performs a highly accurate, linear surface grind on both sides of the workpiece. Integrated automatic thickness measurement ensures consistent results, while an industrial PC with a user-friendly touchscreen and Windows interface simplifies machine operation. Engineered for performance and reliability, the GPS2M delivers superior flatness and surface quality, making it an essential solution for high-precision saw blade production and service.
