The Gerling GPSH is a high-precision, semi-automatic surface grinding machine engineered for the efficient preparation of workpieces in saw blade manufacturing, knife service, and industrial tooling applications. Built with a vibration-isolating polymer concrete frame, the GPSH ensures maximum stability and grinding accuracy. Operators manually place the workpiece onto the magnetic table, after which the machine takes over with fully automated surface grinding processes. Featuring an industrial PC with touchscreen controls and advanced software powered by Windows, the GPSH offers seamless operation, exceptional consistency, and smart features like automatic workpiece thickness measurement and magnetic control.
