The Gerling GQSE is a semi-automatic quality control system designed to ensure 100% inspection of carbide tips on circular saw blades. Using an advanced optical measuring system, the GQSE checks both brazed and ground blades with exceptional precision. Operators manually position the saw blade, which then rotates while an integrated camera inspects each tip according to programmed tolerances. Inspection data is graphically displayed and can be stored for future reference via an industrial PC running on a Windows-based control system. With fast setup, minimal changeover parts, and database-driven programming, the GQSE streamlines the quality assurance process for manufacturers demanding consistent performance.
