The Gerling GRSL is a fully automated strob saw brazing machine designed for high-precision, high-volume production. Engineered with an innovative, flexible architecture, the GRSL allows for fast changeovers between different saw and strob sizes, making it ideal for diverse production environments. Strobs are automatically sorted, prepared, fluxed, soldered, and brazed onto circular saw blades using an advanced robotic handling system with high storage capacity and rapid movement. This intelligent system is controlled via an industrial PC running Windows-based software, with a user-friendly touchscreen interface and extensive automation for setup, positioning, and brazing. The integrated safety features, including a freely accessible light-curtain system, ensure both performance and operator protection.
