The Gerling GSPW is a fully automatic tension rolling machine engineered to deliver precise, repeatable tensioning of circular saw bodies. Designed for maximum efficiency and ease of use, the GSPW retrieves base bodies via a magnetic gripper and accurately positions them for tension rolling with two driven rollers. The machine can create several tensioning rings at different pitch circles, all with programmable pressure settings for tailored performance. Controlled by an industrial PC with a user-friendly touchscreen and Windows interface, the GSPW offers short training times, fast changeovers between blade sizes, and reliable operation. Built with operator safety in mind, it also features an integrated machine protection system with a light curtain.
