The Gerling GSPWH is a manually operated tension rolling machine designed for precise and consistent tensioning of circular saw blade bodies. Ideal for saw blade manufacturing and servicing operations, the GSPWH allows operators to easily adjust the tension ring diameter using a handwheel while ensuring controlled rolling pressure through an electronic adjustment system. The base body is positioned manually on the tool holding plate, and the tensioning process is activated by a foot pedal for maximum operator control. With a simple, intuitive design, the GSPWH delivers consistent tensioning results across a wide range of saw blade sizes, supporting diameters from 120 mm up to 800 mm (or 1300 mm with optional equipment).
