The Loroch AB 500 is a versatile manual machine designed for two critical maintenance tasks: removing metal chips and burrs from circular saw blades, and dressing CBN and diamond grinding wheels. As an ideal complement to Loroch’s fully automatic sharpening machines, such as the KSC 710-T and K850-T series, the AB 500 ensures clean and precise operation. Saw blades are guided through a brushing device to efficiently remove debris, while an integrated container collects waste material for easy disposal. For dressing, the AB 500 provides a stable support fixture, giving operators excellent accessibility and visibility when using a hand-held diamond dresser. A suction device or external mist extraction system can also be connected to maintain a clean working environment.
